MOHD ARIFF HAMIDFor more than 15 years, Ariff has worked at the intersection of technology, learning, leadership, organizational performance, and human development.
His professional journey includes designing and supporting sales enablement and learning initiatives at Dell Technologies, leading learning and development programs across the Asia-Pacific region at Concentrix, and contributing to community-based support and skill-building work in Canada.
With a background in Management Information Systems and Educational Leadership, he brings together technology, learning science, Lean Six Sigma, leadership development, and practical continuous-improvement methods.
This experience led to the creation of the ARIFF Method™ and the book High Performance in the AI Era.
